I loved everything about this place and their staff. Rugs by Zhaleh was by far the best of every store we visited in South Florida when looking for the perfect handwoven rug for our new home! They patiently worked with us through the selection and the design process and made sure we were 100% satisfied with what we picked. The customer service we received was very refreshing, it began from the second we walked in the door and has lasted well beyond the installation process. All rugs in the store looked like art work and the inventory from other stores did not compare in quality or selection. We really appreciated our specific needs being catered too along with all the examples and expertise they were able to provide along the way. We will be sure to be coming back when we are ready for our next piece!
